Greetings one and all, I am Nuclear, someone who can well be considered a OMF2097 veteran/pro etc who plays the game to this day. Its a shame I haven't visited this forum before, infact, this is the first OMF forum I have found ever! Lucky me Razz

Anyway, you probably get this alot but here I go anyways: I am having problems running OMF:BG on my Windows Vista 32bit. The problem you may ask, well first of all, the game won't even start unless I have a 3d card emulator going, problem solved there I guess. Second, the game renders as white as heaven, although that is quite obviously fixed by turning glow off.

The main problem I have is, you guess it, the bad Windows key support. Theres is no way to get out of a game, but then I realized that its the escape key...which doesn't work in game for some reason. Second, I can't type into the menus boxes at all. Yes, I have looked elsewhere for the answer to this problem to little avail {Except for wikipedia just repeating my problem to me Sad }. Is any of you fine folk in possession of a possible fix for the keyboard trouble? {Also, I should end off by saying that I hate Vista and up and that If my comp could run Windows 95, it would be...}

I just use Alt+F4. Or maybe I had to bring up the task manager first... it's been awhile, so I can't quite remember.

Anyway, no, there is currently no fix for the keyboard issue for Vista/ or Windows 7. Would be really nice if there was, though...
