i got MSN and its smilies, multiple people convos, bigger buddy icons, and automatic busy things are cool, but man its ugly. if it looked as pretty, neat, and easy to read as AIM, and you could send pictures as easily, i'd be in heaven

hmm aim is but ugly if you ask me, and actually the worst looking, direct connect is the only thing i like about it..

Just install one of the many "multi im clients" i used miranda for icq only for years, you dont need to isntall all the protocols just becose you have them available.

i hate most of these multi protoc programs..

Then there must be a few you like. :p

So what do you do, leave multiple programs open all the time if you want to be connected to more than one protocol? I actually like Trillian (just ugraded to 2.012 and there's finally no more alt+tab issues Smile) better than ICQ, which would be the only protocol I'd use if I didn't have Trillian.
