| Given access to the full engine code (EG: The source or something) i could likely easily fix the problems with it on vista and some of the more horrific engine bugs

you CAN however, rip the CD and burn a new one without it, apparently it doesnt transfer disc to disc, so pirating the game wouldnt have it ... |
