It's called "pheonixregistry" or something like that. It stores all of your settings. The easiest way to remap the keys is to use an XP machine to change the keyboard settings, then copy that file over to the Vista machine. If you don't have an XP machine available, then you can try hex-editing the file.
I'm not sure of any other ways to edit the keyboard settings in Vista. _________________ [Elite] pilot of the Force Flying Circus

I hope they fix this eventually. I would like to have OMF:BG on my laptop. Anyone try it on Windows 7 yet? _________________ Your everyday wolfgirl |

FYI, I just did some testing (in Windows 7, but it should be the same in Vista):
1. If you start OMF in Windows 98 compatibility mode, you can remap the keys.
2. Removal of key mappings does not get saved. However, you can "remove" them by remapping them to the "Move" function; which is a useless function for the keyboard anyway (if memory serves).
3. You will still be unable to access the in-game menu, to chat, or to change the text in any of the text fields (such as if you want to change your name). _________________ [Elite] pilot of the Force Flying Circus
