My cat used to sit on the CRT. When I got a flat panel, I had to build a wood frame around the new screen so she could still sit on top.

I still have a few CRT's stuck in some dark corners of the closets. I could gather them all up and dump them at Kevin's house Smile

. During the winter. he can use them to keep the house warm.

Still got my old 15 inch goldstar crt from my first own pc collecting dust in my closet. Those old things don't die. I should probably open it up and dust it before trying to turn it on though, or it will catch fire >_<

But cat on top of crt, that got to be all kinda of bad for the monitor with all those hairs and overheating...

He is finally going to get his childhood dream completed of going to disney world, and sit on Mickeys lap!

About the silver. Kevin did not secure the silver and now it is gone.

A safe is not safe if it is small enough to be carried away. So no new silver.
