That's it, some shading language translating to better port apps from DirectX to OpenGL.
Rob, will it have some kind of use about the engine being ported to linux?

Well, I'm certainly becomming more open to that. With everything moved to the shader pipeline, porting to OpenGL wouldn't be that tough, even without help from ATI, but it's nice to see them supporting it like that. |
