is it any good reason not to buy these parts?:
MSI K9A Platinum, ATI RD580+SB600, DDR2, Socket-AM2, Crossfire XP3200, 2xPCI-Ex16

Thermaltake Kandalf LCS silver aluminium, watercooling 775/754/939/940

Sapphire Radeon X1950GT 512MB GDDR3, PCI-Express, HDCP, 2xDVI-I, Lite-Retail

or anything i shood buy in the price range??

Looks pretty good, although, for the price, you may just want to get an X1950XT, as the GT is a pretty sizable step down... I myself would say, if you had the money to do so, to get an 8800GTS 320MB, but an X1950XT is still a phenomenal DX9 card for a reasonable sum of money.

Agreed. Don't skimp on the video card. Get as much as you can so you don't have to upgrade later. And don't get any Geforce 8 card apart from 8800s, since anything lower than that sucks.

I wouldn't get that PSU, although I've had limited experience with Xion PSUs, the ones I've seen have come with their cases, and haven't been good.

Most power supply gurus are pickier than they need to be, though... I know the people on the Tom's Hardware forums, for example, don't trust the power supply I have (a Hiper 580W PSU) to run the system I have (when it still has power to spare, even when tremendously overclocked). Basically almost anything 550W or better will work so long as you're not dealing with CrossFire or SLI setups.

i have a: OCZ ModStream Power Supply (520 can peak up to 600)

but i cant trust it after i have fryed 3motherboards with it... and i alot of cabel with it.. :-/

no pc speeker or picter on the monitor...

Never heard of any such problems between an nVidia GPU and an ATI chipset (never a combination I've used before; I've only used nVidia chipsets)... also would have to question whether your power supply is working okay, if everything's hooked up to the motherboard properly and you're getting no response.

well check the obvious things first. like make sure your power switch on your case goes to the power switch connector on the board.

also make sure you tell the bios which card you wish to be your primary display. if you just jam a card in there without doing this the onboard video card will usually take precedence and be the primary display. (this is yet another reason to never buy an mobo with onboard video of any brand) in any case you shouldn't have to take the card out. just plug the moniter into the onboard video port, and make the changes. you might also want to fine tune the clock speeds to the recomended specifacations for your components while your there. (if your board allows you to do this that is... MSI only recently tried appealing to gamers.)

ouch: I have an MSI K9N Neo motherboard, and even that has most of the standard tweaking options in the BIOS... this from a $59 motherboard based off of the nForce 550 chipset. The K9A should have a lot of that stuff.

Considering he's saying nothing is happening, though, it's making me think any sort of display issue isn't too likely. This would lead me to believe that either there's a bad power connection somewhere (probably on the motherboard), the power supply itself is bad, something got fried out, the power switch isn't hooked up properly (here's a tip: You can't short out the power switch jumper anymore), or he forgot to switch the power supply on.

1: i dont have any vga/dvi conektions on the motherboard...
2: its only cpu/ram thats not new
3: wen i press the powerbutton all the fans and the waterpump starts
4: i have tryed to stert with/without all the parts exept psu and motherboard....

1. You need some kind of video. If you have no DVI / VGA connections, how you do use a monitor? Try a known working PCI video card. They almost never die.

2. If they worked before, nothing is stopping them from working now.

3. Good!

4. Try PSU, Motherboard, CPU, RAM, and Video. The bare minimum to get you started.
