No offense implied, Raptor, but do you really need to practice anymore? I think you've probably got it pretty well figured out by now _________________ Official forum economist. Explodes when thrown.

No matter how many times I lok at that site, I just can't friggin grasp the consept that anyone from this website have a kid... It just doesn't compute, it's like syntax error on a whole new level.
It doesn't help that I'm still trying to adapt my brain to having grown a third eye either.

You'd be surprised... although you may have to define "learn C++", hehe. My dad started teaching me BASIC programming as soon as I expressed interest in it, which was when I was five... I was able to make a few things work, but I didn't really get all that good at making everything work until I was at least nine... _________________ Official forum economist. Explodes when thrown.

Not quite at the "kid making" stage yet, but I know the whole teaching C++ thing probably won't happen.
Either you'll go "old school" and teach C, as it's starting to replace assembly, or swing the other way and go to C#, Python, Ruby-on-rails, etc.
Although if I get to the point of kids I don't think my gf would want to have "the kid" learning how to code, as she's moreso of the write and e-mail and browse the web type. Trying to explain coding and how much fun it can be goes over her head quite quickly :p
When you start writing services that will track users who are connecting USB devices and have it all report back to you with all the pertinent info so you can prove they're doing something they shouldn't (work at a VFX studio for film) there's a little glee. Perhaps I still have a little bit of power lust in me...

You have the video set to be a private video. I don't think we can view it unless our youtube accounts are "friends" with your youtube account _________________

Btw, is Tylik to embarased to show himself on these forums anylonger ? Haven't seen him in ages! |
Well he has been rather busy with school lately. Also his father just had quadruple cardiac bypass and a valve repair on 8/19. So he's been over at his parents for about the past week. _________________
