Out of curiosity, with the new 3DMark being released (just called 3DMark, although I'll likely still call it 3DMark13 just out of convention, apart from, well, Vantage), I decided to run all of the previous 3DMark benchmarks on my system (although clocking down the CPU to 4.0 just out of concerns that some of the latter tests might try pegging all eight logical cores for an extended period of time, which would be detrimental thermally).
Results:
3DMark99MAX - 7762 (frame limited by running in 95 compatibility mode)
3DMark00 - 49956
3DMark01 - 63379
3DMark03 - 80080
3DMark05 - 36665
3DMark06 - 27792
3DMark10 (Vantage) - P22017
3DMark11 - P5258
3DMark13 - 128889 / 17582 / 3167
Also seeing just how poorly some of the tests have aged, with 06 being the oldest one that still could be considered "decent graphics" by PC standards, but still, it was rather amusing to see _________________ Official forum economist. Explodes when thrown.
